About Heber Springs Housing Authority

Public housing was established to provide decent, safe and clean rental housing, typically for extremely low-income families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities. Heber Springs Housing Authority (HSHA)
Public Housing has 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. We have an Elderly section for 62 and up, and two family locations. Our 1 bedroom apartments are 605 square foot (sqft), 2 bedrooms are 805.5 sqft, 3 bedrooms 1008.5 sqft and 4 bedroom apartments are 1229.5 sqft. Today in the United States, there are approximately 1.2 million households living in public housing units.
